FERMETURE ANNUELE

This seems to be the norm in Megeve at the moment, at least this shop has a window to look at, but everything is closed up, the town looks dead, most shop keepers have covered their windows in brown paper, it all looks so sad for a bling bling, chi chi village that rocks in the winter.  Well we have two weeks to go till the summer holidays and then the tourists should roll in.

 

Still pretty to walk around though, and nice and sunny for once.

Our big boy got his new belt in Jujitsu this week.  Everything is winding down for the Summer, so we went to the end of year 'Remise de Centure'.

 

Work has been busy with birthday parties galore.  We did two at the same time yesterday.  A pony theme and a ski theme.  My two worst themes, but surprisingly the cakes turned out great. 

WORK WORK WORK

Well as you've noticed my absence is due to work work and more work.  It's been great though I am thoroughly enjoying it, long days on the weekends though, but we only open 4 to 6 in the week.  We've done a bbq, a christening and quiet a few birthday parties so things are going well.

Also we have a site now, I set it up on a blog site, as if I don't have enough work, I seem to be taking on more and more so I'm standing back a bit and letting my business partner prove she can actually work.
